Cultural Responsiveness Framework

A Cultural Responsiveness Framework (CRF) is being developed as committed to in the Everyone Together Aboriginal Affairs Strategy (the Strategy). The CRF would complement a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) by providing a template,training and assessment materials for Northen Territory Public Sector (NTPS) agencies to build a culturally inclusive and responsive workforce. Agencies are accountable for outcomes of the CRF as they are measurable under the Strategy in the ‘Truth and Healing’ focus area (Measure 1.7 – Increase the number of culturally competent agencies under the CRF).
